Voucher terms

1. What you get

A voucher for one admission to Saraya Club Wien. Vouchers bought by 30.11.2026 additionally include one free drink, redeemed on the same visit. The voucher is sent as a PDF with a QR code to the e-mail address you enter, as soon as the payment has been confirmed by our payment provider.

2. Validity and redemption

The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (date printed on the voucher). Each code can be redeemed exactly once; after scanning at reception it is invalid. Show the QR code on your phone or printed. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change is given. Admission only for persons aged 18 or over; our house rules apply.

3. Keep your code safe

Whoever presents a valid code first is admitted. Please do not share the PDF publicly. If you lose the e-mail, write to us – we can resend the voucher as long as it has not been redeemed.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EPS and others). Prices include VAT.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Send a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail to office@saraya-club.at with your order number). We refund the payment within 14 days using the original payment method, and the voucher becomes invalid. Vouchers that have already been redeemed cannot be refunded.
