Privacy notice – voucher shop

What we store
Your name, e-mail address, the optional dedication, the order and its vouchers (codes, validity, redemption). We need this to deliver and redeem the voucher and to meet our bookkeeping obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Data is kept for 7 years (Austrian Federal Fiscal Code) and then deleted.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). Your card or bank details are entered on Stripe's page only; we never see them. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
The voucher is sent from our mailbox at World4You Internet Services GmbH (Linz, Austria).
Cookies
This shop only uses one technically necessary session cookie (language and order security). No analytics, no advertising.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection – write to office@saraya-club.at. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
